Dedicated Members – Counter terrorism seminar

The latest Project Griffin seminar took place on 07 July, to an audience of businesses from across Fitzrovia.  Officials from The Met Police, emergency services, local authorities, business and private sector security industries provided vital information on counter terrorism prevention.

The current threat level from international terrorism for the UK assessed as SEVERE  (SEVERE means that a terrorist attack is highly likely.

The seminar is an integral part of providing information  to our businesses on recognising and reporting hostile reconnaissance, current and emerging terrorist threats and methods, and cordon procedures, as we continue to strengthen our partnership with those responsible for security within the City’s business community.


The Partnership is offering the following dedicated members courses:


Operation Trammel – Fraudulent Document Awareness

Aimed at increasing knowledge of identity documents ans the potential for their abuse.
