In response to interest from our retail members, The Partnership is exploring hosting a Holiday Season Recruitment Drive.
If you’re a retailer and would like to participate in a dedicated recruitment drive to help you find your Seasonal Team and save money on recruitment costs at your busiest time of year – this event could be for you!
The Fitrovia Partnership, working with Fitzrovia Youth in Action, will help retailers access local young people to help fulfill the additional staffing demand that the holiday season brings.
Your business would have the opportunity to take a promotional stand and be given access to a dedicated space on the day for initial interviews with prospective candidates.
The event is proposed for the afternoon of Tuesday, 26 October, and participation would be FREE for members.
