Tottenham Court Road has a huge range of furniture and homeware retailers, 21 to be exact that cover well known brands such as Dreams, Heal’s and Dwell to European brands including Bo Concept and Natuzzi. U.S Brand, West Elm chose Tottenham Court Road as the destination to open their UK flagship store in December 2013.
The Fitzrovia Partnership are excited to be working and supporting these retailers and want to ensure that the brands are promoted and that we capture data that will help us promote to a wider audience and in turn encourage footfall back to the street.
To help us achieve this aim The Fitzrovia Partnership took a stand at London’s Ideal Home Show that took place between 20 March – 6 April. Our stand was designed to promote all retail brands found on the street through the artwork on the walls, and the IHS wrap that covered our @Spring Newspaper that was given away to visitors in a branded Shop@Fitzrovia Tottenham Court Road goody bag.
To collect visitor data we ran a prize draw. 13 brands each donated an individual product and visitors were asked to enter the free prize draw to win a prize of their choice in return for their name and e-mail address. In addition, from all entries one lucky winner will have the opportunity to win a £5,000 pound voucher to spend at a retailer of their choice on Tottenham Court Road.
Branding and design specifically for this campaign was developed and has been promoted via our social media channels on Facebook and twitter as well as via the Enjoyfitzrovia website and e-mail footers used by the team.
We are delighted to announce that the campaign exceeded our expectations in attracting just over 7,500 entrants to the competition that we were able to promote the retail offer to and gain data capture.
