In the month of March The Fitzrovia Partnership reported over 76 street management issues to the Metropolitan Police and Camden Council, of which 20 were of beggars operating outside business premises, 15 instances of fly tipping and 4 faults to the highways.
The Partnership monitors these reports to ensure that issues are resolved, working with our partners and business members to alleviate any long standing matters.
Issues such as begging are raised both with the police and the council in order that the individual can be offered the appropriate services and support.
Monthly meetings are held with the local police team and Camden Council to discuss crime and anti-social behaviour affecting Members with regular walkabouts with Camden Highways and cleansing Inspectors conducted.
If you have any concerns regarding street management please let us know and we will endeavour to help resolve them with you.
