The Fitzrovia Partnership has an extensive marketing, communications and events programme that is free to use for member businesses.
We promote and communicate to targeted audiences, from local business owners, to employees of businesses, to the local community to visitors to Fitzrovia.
Our unique events, business collaborations and marketing programmes with bespoke offers for member organisations, make the area a fun and vibrant place to be.
The marketing, communications and events programme includes the following:
Weekly email communications to the membership with business news, health news, street news, insights and statistics, local news, new openings, exclusive offers, event invitations, training.
Monthly email communications to the local community, visitors, website subscribers with local news, new openings, offers.
Ad hoc e-alerts with time critical information e.g. security updates
Login into the members’ area for offers and promotions
Exclusive member to member offers and consumer loyalty scheme.
Facilitated member collaborations and member days, connecting the office community with retails and hospitality venues.
Local marketing via all elements of the marketing mix: websites, social media channels, third party websites e.g. Nextdoor, printed collateral.
Online campaigns using our in-house agency expertise for highly targeted Facebook and Instagram campaigns for individual member businesses, seasonal campaigns and events.
Fitzrovia is cornerstone of creativity attracting media and design, architecture, built- environment, film and production, fashionistas, writers, actors, musicians, academics, scientists and innovators.
Our events showcase the area’s diverse mix of businesses – leading flagship stores to small independents – and capture the spirit of the area.

Our events and promotion partners
Through our specialist in-house marketing team, we set up targeted Facebook and Instagram campaigns to support the retail calendar and encourage visitors to the area for: Valentines, Easter, Mother’s Day, school holidays, Halloween, Christmas.
With two highly engaged audiences – local businesses and employees, and local residents and people interested in Fitzrovia – a regular emarketing programme communicates new openings, offers, news at no cost to member businesses.

Individual member campaigns are also set-up and managed, working with the business and their marketing team to promote to the local audience targeting ‘interests’ to deliver highly engaged customers / business. This is at no cost to member businesses.

Home to flagship stores, independent retailers, restaurants, cafes, bars coupled with the rich history and creativity that pervades the area, we build on the USPs to create a strong identity for Fitzrovia.
We work closely with influencers such as The Londonist and London Design Festival to promote Fitzrovia’s uniqueness and desirability to work, live and visit.
Food and drink trails
Fitzrovia is known as a foodie destination and these trails allow people to try what’s on offer in a fun way. The Fitzrovia Partnership has organised three food and drinks trails to celebrate Easter and launch Christmas in Fitzrovia.
Highlights: Easter Sweet F’Eat – increase in footfall of 14%
Highlights: 2,000 local individuals for the one-day event with more than 15 businesses.
Food and drink events
Charlotte Street Fayre has been a familiar fixture during The Fitzrovia Partnership’s BID term. A one day event with food and drink stalls on a transformed Charlotte Street, it brings in over 50,000 people over the day.
Summer of Colour was a week-long event that promoted retail and hospitality in Fitzrovia.
Christmas Lighting Programme
Funded by The Fitzrovia Partnership, the Christmas lights are selected to reinforce key themes of the area such as retail and restaurants. Tree wraps on Tottenham Court Road,
a bauble installation, a bespoke Christmas tree and Mickey and Minnie Mouse in UCLH Children’s Ward all bring positive attention to the area.
