Business Rates - Free Evaluation
Working with BNP Paribas Real Estate, members have access to a FREE business rates service. An initial analysis assesses opportunities to achieve savings, whether it be through the appeals process to the Valuation Office Agency, securing reliefs from the local councils or by obtaining refunds resulting from a historic audit of the rates bills received.
The Partnership sponsors the initial analysis for your business. If saving opportunities are identified, you have the option to contract BNP Paribas Real Estate directly in the pursuit of bringing these savings to fruition.
Energy and Water
Utility markets are volatile. Understanding them can be complex and time- consuming. Our energy team will take care of the process from start to end, covering all aspects of
the energy procurement process. We audit your current consumption and, working with national suppliers on the wholesale market, we use the buying power of the BID to secure the best contract at the best price. Members have access to mixed and cardboard recycling at no cost (within their allocation), as well as a large range of other services at a discounted rate, such as electrical, confidential, toner and battery recycling and many others. Through our preferred supplier, members can also gain access to waste transfer notes and free recycling reports.
