2018
FitzPark Trial on Windmill Street
A temporary installation using two parking spaces to test the impact on health and well-being of a pop-up park. Results showed a 41% improvement in well-being by users with a 70% positive impact on business.

2019
FitzPark becomes permanent on Fitzroy Street
Following the success of the trial on Windmill Street, FitzPark was moved to a permanent location on Fitzroy Street.

2020
The Fitzrovia Partnership + Camden Council, Fitzrovia Streateries Trial
As a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, streateries were established as a temporary measure, to support the hospitality sector. Outdoor dining helped the hospitality businesses to continue serving food and drink. They were installed on Charlotte Street, Whitfield Street, Cleveland Street and on Great Titchfield Street.

2022
The Mayor's Business Climate Challenge 1
20 businesses in Fitzrovia took part in The Mayor’s Business Climate Challenge which was to make 10% savings in energy usage. More than half achieved the target with one business making 28.5% energy savings.

2023
UPS eWalker Trial
A collaboration between The Fitzrovia Partnership, London Borough of Camden, UPS, Heal’s, Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs and Cross River Partnership. It delivered packages to local residents and businesses on foot utilising an electric-assisted trolley.

2024
Streateries made permanent in Fitzrovia
Following the successful streatery trials in the area, they were made permanent on Cleveland Street, Charlotte Street, and Warren Street.

2024
Rabbit Warren Street Placemaking with LFA
The first year of the four-year partnership between The Fitzrovia Partnership and LFA saw the temporary placemaking intervention, Rabbit Warren Street, transform an area throughout June 2024.

2024
Circular Economy Week: Fitzrovia Food, Farm, Fashion Event
The first event in partnership with Cavendish Living Lab, part of University of Westminster, saw more than 40 businesses attend. It introduced circular economy principals such as turning waste food into value added solutions to a corporate audience.

2024
Circular Economy trial in partnership with The Cavendish Living Lab at the University of Westminster
Following the Food, Farm, Fashion event, coffee shops started donating coffee granules and hospitality venues donated waste food. The waste products were turned into high grade fertiliser used to grow greens which were donated to the local soup kitchen.

Camden and Brent Business Climate Challenge 2
17 businesses in Fitzrovia are taking part in Camden and Brent Business Climate Challenge which was to make 10% savings in energy usage.

2025
Pack it Green Packaging Project
Working with The Fitzrovia Partnership, students at University of Westminster are surveying all the take-away hospitality businesses to review what products are being used and identify any barriers to using sustainable packaging.
