CEO

Andrew took the helm in 2025, having spent 15 years in local government. He's passionate about breaking barriers, and finding solutions to the challenges of making Fitzrovia cleaner, safer, and a great place to do business.

Director of Marketing and Communications (interim)

Rachael joined the team in 2026 as maternity cover for Rachel Whitehouse. She is a member of the SLT and strategic lead for all corporate and consumer communications, member business engagement, and marketing. Get in touch with Rachael for anything concerning activations, events, or brand.

Director of Policy and Place

Marcos sets our strategy for policy, advocacy, placemaking, and operations. He sits on the Senior Leadership Team, and leads on public realm, planning, and the capital programme, and represents Fitzrovia's interests with Camden Council, Westminster City Council, the GLA, and national government. He brings a background in parliamentary advisory and public affairs, and is Fellow of the Institute of Place management.

Head of Placemaking

Aaron has been with the Place team since 2025. He recently oversaw the creation and launch of the Area Strategy: A Place for People. Aaron leads on all Placemaking projects, supporting creating a lively Fitzrovia that better serves the people who spend their time here. Programme and Performance Manager

Alice joined the team at the start of 2024 and has worked across many areas of the business, including Sustainability, Marketing, and Place Operations. She now focuses on finance, governance, performance tracking, and supporting the day-to-day running of the business.

Social Value and Community Manager

Lucy focusses on bringing organisations together to create positive environmental and social impact across Fitzrovia. Contact Lucy to discuss volunteering, wellbeing, training, skills, and employment initiatives, sustainability, recycling, or any other opportunities for collaboration and community support.

Partnerships and Business Development Manager

Fred brings a wealth of experience leading on business engagement and delivering major BID initiatives. He’ll be at the forefront of our engagement activity, supporting ballot delivery, voluntary membership, our property forum and wider stakeholder conversations. Marketing and Campaigns Manager

Communications and Events Manager

Project Executive

Coralie joined the partnership in 2026 as part of the Place team. She helps deliver projects that make practical improvements to Fitzrovia, helping create a place that works better for the people who enjoy, visit, and work here. Strategic Advisor

Zoe Barwick is a strategic adviser to the Fitzrovia Partnership. She brings extensive experience in partnership and regeneration work, helping build the funding, governance, and stakeholder relationships needed to improve places and districts.
