Projects and services

The Fitzrovia Partnership exists to represent and invest on behalf of local businesses.
FitzForum at Gallio
Working across the boundary between Camden and Westminster, we deliver projects that no single landowner, authority, or organisation can achieve alone.

An overview

Each year, we consider what we can do to support a vibrant, and commercially successful Fitzrovia. We then build out a calendar of events, activations, and priorities to work towards that end goal.

We invite our members to attend regular FitzForum events so we can showcase what we're planning, and get their input and feedback.

Our missions

When devising our Area Strategy, it was important to focus our efforts around four key missions:

  1. Safe and clean
reducing waste hotspots, tackling homelessness, managing antisocial behaviour and improving safety
  2. Economic growth
supporting Fitzrovia's businesses to grow, building an ecosystem of members to drive partnerships and inward investment
  3. Placemaking
creating a place that's enjoyable to spend time in
  4. Sustainability
leading the charge to a more sustainable and socially resilient district

Here are some of the projects that we've delivered or are delivering.

Cost Savings

There are a number of services we provide to help you reduce your business costs.

From a free review of your business rates, analysis of your operational and utility costs, discounts on waste and recycling services, free training sessions for your staff, and local member discounts.

London Festival of Architecture

We formed a four-year partnership with the London Festival of Architecture in 2022, to showcase Fitzrovia, often referred to as the spiritual home of architecture.

This month-long celebration of architecture and city-making takes place every June across London, with a mission to open up discussions around architecture, test new ideas, and uncover and promote new talent.

Fitzrovia Food Festival

Celebrating the food and drink offering in Fitzrovia is something we do year round through our digital channels, but we've also held a dedicated campaign over the past few years.

In 2026 this ran from 21-27 September and involved 35 of our cafes, restaurants, and bars, who offered a mix of tasters, bespoke menu items, and discounts throughout the week.

We publicised this directly to our member offices, had a paid partnership with London on the Inside, and promoted across our digital channels.

Charlotte Street planting volunteers

When our members flagged that some of the planters around the neighbourhood were looking less than their best, we arranged for a neighbourhood-wide refresh, with a little help from some local volunteers.

Sometimes the quick wins can make a real difference to create welcoming spaces. We've also given the lamp columns, sign posts, and bollards a new lick of paint using specialist anti-stick paint.

Reusable Packaging Feasibility Study

Blank Street Coffee

Disposable coffee cups and takeaway packaging are among the most visible sources of waste in Fitzrovia. We're working with ReLondon and local businesses to explore how reusable alternatives could help reduce singe-use waste and create a cleaner, more circular neighbourhood.

By understanding local needs and testing new approaches, we're laying the groundwork for potential reusable packaging pilot that makes it easier for businesses, workers, and visitors to make more sustainable choices.
