74 Charlotte Street launches new chef series with Pierre Koffman
Pierre Koffman was 74 Charlotte Street chef Ben Murphy's former mentor, so he's the natural first collaboration of the series.
The six-course collaborative menu will begin with pissaladiere, followed by crab salad with Granny Smith apple and cucumber and lobster ravioli with bouillabaisse.
Koffman's Pig's Trotter a la Pierre Koffman will follow, before pistachio souffle and a selection of petit fours including tarte au citron madeleine.
The dinner will run from 6-9pm and is priced at £250 per person, with an option wine pairing available for £95.
Following the opening dinner, Ben & Friends will continue with further guest chef collaborations throughout the year.
Each chef will work alongside Murphy to develop an individual menu reflecting their respective cooking styles and shared influences.
Further participating chefs, menus, and booking details are due to be announced from September.
