Wells & More on Mortimer Street, designed by Conran and Partners, utilises LED lighting in customer spaces, heat pumps negate the need for fossil fuels, and biophilic design was integrated into the courtyard to maximise wellbeing and improve the property's ecological impact.
The spaces have all been fitted out to BREEAM gold standard and achieved SKA.
The building offers a mix of ready to fit spaces that customers can design, build, and manage, and fitted spaces that have been designed and crafted by GPE.
