When businesses first came together as The Fitzrovia Partnership 12 years ago, the idea was simple: Fitzrovia could be even better if those who work here invested in it together.
Our members have since helped make the streets cleaner, greener, and safer, and have given the area a stronger voice.
Property owners with long-term stakes here have noticed, and many have asked how they could play their part too. The answer became the Fitzrovia Property Partnership. It would complement what we already deliver, and priorities would echo those of our occupier bid:
- economic growth
- safe and clean
- placemaking
- sustainability
Investment from property owners would bring new long-term resource into one of London's most vibrant districts and give owners a direct voice in its future.
