Charing Cross Road and Denmark Street are undergoing resurfacing works. Road closures, traffic and bus diversions and pedestrian diversions will be in place on these roads and likely affect surrounding Fitzrovia areas.
Works have now begun as of Tuesday 3 May, after being delayed due to a burst water main in Westminster that needed to be fixed to allow for road diversions whilst the works are carried out
Work will take place on weekdays 8am – 6pm, and Saturdays 9am – 6pm, so noise is expected from works and construction vehicles during these times.
