The Fitzrovia Partnership offers a diverse training programme which is free to member businesses and their employees.

The Fitzrovia Partnership runs regular training sessions for members throughout the year. For 2025, new training courses have been included in the schedule. Please see upcoming training dates:

Booking Training Courses

Courses are only available to employees of member businesses belonging to The Fitzrovia Partnership and, due to demand, are limited to two member of staff per business.

To those employees, training courses are free, however, The Fitzrovia Partnership reserves the right to charge a fee of £125 for late cancellations (less than 48 hours notice) or no-shows. By booking the course you are confirming that you have permission to attend and your employer will be charged if you cancel late or do not attend. IF you need to cancel, contact training@fitzroviapartnership.com.

All attendees must book using a business email address. If you do not have a business email address but are part of a member business, please call 020 7755 3389 to get confirmation of approval.

Training Courses

Emergency First Aid at Work (Full-day)

An introduction to First Aid training. Learners will be able to deal with emergency life-threatening situations competently.

This full-day course is a great introduction to First Aid training. Learners will leave with the confidence to deal with emergency life-threatening situations in a competent way. Our instructors are experts from the Emergency Services who have ‘been there and done it for real’.

Sexual Harassment Prevention in the Workplace In-Person Training

You will learn what sexual harassment is and how it manifests in the workplace.

The course also covers the impacts of sexual harassment and identifies behaviours that constitute sexual harassment and those that lead to sexual harassment.

Businesses must be prepared and taking ‘reasonable steps’ to prevent sexual harassment since the Amendment of the Equality Act 2010 in October 2024. The course will equip you with some tools to become compliant with the Amendment.

Fire Marshal Course

This half-day Fire Marshal Training course is an Accredited Course delivered by professional firefighters with teaching qualifications.

Attendees will receive advice and training which covers the full roles and responsibilities of a designated fire marshal. They will also learn basic fire safety procedures in the workplace and how to ensure your organisation is compliant with the law. It is a legal requirement to ensure you have an adequate number of staff trained to handle the safe and successful evacuation in the case of a fire emergency.

Adult Mental Health Awareness

This half day course is a basic introduction to mental health and why it is important.

This accredited course introduces some common mental health challenges and discusses how to spot them. During this four-hour course, you will learn how to talk with someone who may be experiencing mental ill health and feel more confident speaking about mental health with colleagues, friends or family. The course will also equip you with some tools to look after your own mental health.

The Mental Health First Aid training provided by The Fitzrovia Partnership is incredibly valuable to our business as we try to better our work environment, for all employees.
