When to take a rapid lateral flow test
It is advised that everyone, with no covid-19 symptoms, take a lateral flow test at home, at least twice a week. They are quick and don’t need to be sent to a lab.
With the Christmas party season here, we advise everyone to regularly test themselves. Before a Christmas party or large gathering like a carol concert, take a lateral flow test before you go, and if you are visiting a high-risk person.
