Food waste from Charlotte Street Hotel has been turned into clothing by the students at University of Westminster as part of a trial.
- Surplus Food promoted through Too Good to Go App
The Fitzrovia Partnership is encouraging local hospitality businesses to use Too Good to Go to sell surplus food and limit food waste.
- Textile waste used in Fitz&Sits seat construction
Part of Fitz&Sits placemaking intervention, textile waste is collected from the community and turned into Fabreco ®, a solid building material, to use in the seat construction.
