INSIGHT REPORTING
Our Insights report for Fitzrovia includes data for the entire BID area covering both boroughs of Camden and Westminster.
Working with our Insights partner, Colliers, there will be one report per month with an enhanced report each quarter.
The reporting series will include:
- footfall,
- visitor volumes with month-on-month and year-on-year comparisons,
- visit frequency,
- visit patterns by time of day and by day of week.
New metrics included in the Insights reports include
- dwell time,
- visitor demographics,
- international vs domestic visitor breakdown,
- catchment definition and penetration performance,
- TfL station usage with comparisons for specific stations servicing Fitzrovia, and
- benchmarking figures against a similar central London BID
