Become a member
You are automatically a member if your Property’s Rateable Value is £160,000 or more and you have voting rights.
You can become a voluntary member is your Property’s Rateable Value is less than £160,000. You have all the membership benefits except voting rights.
There is an annual membership fee (BID Levy) which is calculated on your Property’s Rateable Value. The BID Levy is fixed at 1% of rateable value using the 2017 rating list as at 1 April 2017 (rising annually by 3% to reflect inflation).

Working in partnership with LB Camden and a large number of wider stakeholders and businesses, it co-ordinates and seeks to deliver sustainable solutions.
