B Corp Certified Businesses
B Corp Certification is a designation that a business is meeting high standards of verified performance, accountability, and transparency on factors from employee benefits and charitable giving to supply chain practices and input materials. The certification is holistic, not exclusively focused on a single social or environmental issue. It contains eight commitments to reduce carbon emissions from non-domestic buildings, covering areas such as energy use, procurement, transport, waste, and deliveries. The charter also commits to net zero buildings by 2040 or earlier.

Cavendish Living Lab | University of Westminster
The Cavendish Living Lab focuses on co-creating sustainable solutions to real world problems. Students from the University of Westminster work collaboratively with their peers, academics, and various stakeholders to address issues such as food waste, plastic waste and wastewater.
Together with local Fitzrovia businesses the Living Lab is working to create a circular economy in Fitzrovia. If you are interested in getting involved, please contact Alice.
Kaffeine
Cavendish Living Lab recycle coffee grounds from Kaffeine into microgreens, which are donated to the Fitzrovia Soup Kitchen. This collaboration highlights how a local micro-circular economy can operate in practice.
